The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) helps you get more out of life.
If you, a partner or family member is living with a disability, you can use the NDIS to find support. This enables you to keep living independently and access your local community.
BodeWell’s NDIS services make more possible. We can help with everyone from self care activities, to grocery shopping and meal prep.
On this page you’ll learn:

How to apply for NDIS
If you meet the criteria for NDIS funding the first step is making an Access Request.
You can do this by calling the NDIS on 1800 800 100. You can also complete an Access Request Form, which you’ll find on the NDIS site.
Successful applicants will be asked to nominate an NDIS provider.
We can help you utilise your NDIS funding to achieve your goals.
Follow these simple steps to get things moving:
- Plan – Call us and meet with our friendly, local team members. We’ll talk about your goals, interests and needs, to find the right solutions for you.
- Prepare – We’ll discuss your plan, and make changes as per your feedback.
- Deliver – Once your support plan has been finalised, services can commence.
